Lothar Bielke is founder of MyPotential Sàrl. During the course of his professional carer he has worked in organizations ranging in size from a sole practitioner to international blue-chip companies such as Carlsberg and Nestlé. His business background is very rich. Included in his experience are senior roles in marketing and sales, consulting and executive coaching, strategy and analysis. His clients have seen results from his contributions through increased sales and profitability, increased effectiveness, growth and development leaders, clarification of strategic intent and direction.

His unique capabilities include training, consulting, executive coaching, marketing performance management, sales process and skill development, talent evaluation, strategic planning and strategy development. Lothar’s quest is to help his clients to discover, activate and use their resources, whether it is people, products, organizations or processes.

Having lived and worked in several countries, Lothar has a multicultural background and speaks besides English and French also German (mother tongue) and Spanish. Lothar has an academic background in business administration and international Management. He studied at the University of St.Gallen (lic. oec. HSG) and the University of Leuven in Belgium (CEMS MIM). In 2010 he started a Master of Advanced Studies in Coaching & Organizational development at the University of Applied Sciences North-western Switzerland and in 2011 a training in MBSR at the “Centre for Mindfulness” at the University of Medicine of Massachusetts, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. He is member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and of the BSO (Berufsorganisation für Supervision und Organisationsberatung).
