Founding Principles
When Lothar Bielke set out to build a training, coaching, and leadership development company, he turned to his own personal values as a foundation. Recognizing that each individual must decide on what values they will base their personal and professional conduct, these MyPotential principles are key to MyPotential’s mission of “helping companies and individuals imagine their true potential and achieving it through ongoing reinforcement training, one-on-one coaching and business consulting.”

MyPotential associates are committed to hold each other accountable to these values, as their vendors and clients hold them accountable to these same values every day.
